    We want early parenthood to feel good again. Postpartum isolation is a key risk factor for mums to develop postpartum depression. So we create safe and shame-free spaces for mums to bring their true selves and share stories.

    There’s so few options out there that focus on helping mums connect and feel good post-birth. Instead of baby-focusses classes, Mum Walk puts mums at the centre to improve the mental health outcomes of mums.

    Our walks encourage gentle postpartum fitness that embraces our body’s unique needs during the postpartum season. While you may work up a light sweat, our strolls are designed to help you improve your mental and physical health with a gentle approach.
